Yvette Shanahan: Co-Founder A.K.A. “Wiki”
Yvette brings entrepreneurial and marketing experience to our team. As a previous small business owner (Yvette owned and operated a business for more than 15 years) Yvette provides detail oriented equipment listing and appraisal work. Yvette also takes on the role of administrative assistant to Darren. You will often see Yvette at client meetings and office visits.
Matt Dominguez: Associate Broker – Saskatchewan
Matt is the newest Associate Broker at Avail Dental Exit Advisory Services Inc. While Matt was still playing football as a Saskatchewan Roughrider, he started his real estate career in Commercial real estate, just over 9 years ago. Then shortly afterward he expanded his knowledge into Residential, Commercial and Farm receiving his Broker designation. After running his own brokerage for a few years, Matt is extremely pleased to Join the Avail team and is looking forward to doing what he loves best and that’s working with people. He has extensive experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry, helping buyers and sellers find their perfect fit. He knows all about hard work, working with integrity and professionalism and he is here to help his past, present and future clients with all of their real estate needs. His understanding of Commercial Leases and Real Estate transactions give him a great understanding of how to help our Dental Clients work through a sale or purchase of their clinic.
Jennifer Larocque: Appraisal Production A.K.A. “The Go-To”
Jen brings accounting and financial analysis experience to our team. A strong background in administrative accounting and analytics makes Jen an extremely valuable member of our team. Jen is our go-to on compiling and organizing all information related to appraisals and valuations and you will likely hear from Jen when follow-up financial or report data is required.
Logan Reynolds: Appraisal Production A.K.A. “Wizard”
Logan is the member of our team who keeps our office running smoothly – she manages our office needs and data input and offers her assistance wherever is needed. Logan provides in-office appraisal and listing support. We are thrilled to have Logan as part of the Avail team.

Jim brings a wealth of knowledge to the Avail Bookkeeping Services division of Avail with over 30 years experience working for the government in Saskatchewan.
